Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased. 
-What to include in the Refund Policy-
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more. or exchanges for E Bike parts may be considered by mutual agreement with Equip E Bikes within 7 days of placing your deposit or, if no deposit was paid, from the date of purchase.
-To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.-

Please note that fitting accessories or modifying components to fulfill your order alters the item’s original condition. Unless instructed otherwise, we install accessories as part of our service.

Returns – Subject to Mutual Agreement
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. It is your responsibility to return the item as instructed. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If a refund is agreed upon, it may be partial if:
The returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
We have incurred costs such as shipping, labor, or expenses to build, quality-check, and tune the bike to ready-to-ride condition.
We have incurred costs for fitting accessories or modifying components to fulfill your order.
Exchanges may be available for items of equal or greater value.
Accessories and Parts
Refunds or exchanges for accessories and parts may be considered by mutual agreement with Equip E Bikes within 7 days of purchases

Refunds are only provided in cases where the item is deemed faulty or defective after inspection by Equip E Bikes. We do not offer refunds or returns for E Bike accessories, sale items, or financed products due to a change of mind. Refunds are solely applicable if the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective upon our assessment

Manufacturers may update product specifications at any time. While we aim to provide accurate details, minor variations may occur.
